Your ideas stay yours.
How Prompix handles data in the app and on this website.
Saved ideas, creators and personal drafts
Prompix has no user account. Saved prompts, bookmarked creators, recent searches and edited drafts are stored on your device. We do not upload your edits, searches, clipboard contents or saved collection to our servers. Copying writes to the system clipboard only when you choose it. Sharing uses the iOS share sheet you control.
Removing a saved item or restoring a draft removes that local entry. Deleting the app removes its local data. iOS backups, shared copies and the system clipboard are managed separately through your device and the services you choose.
Requests that make the app work
The app downloads content catalogs and requested media from api.prompix.dev. These requests necessarily include network information such as an IP address, request time and requested URL. Cloudflare provides hosting and network protection; operational request and error records can be processed for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
We do not add advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking or personalized advertising. Operational records are not used to build personal interest profiles. Cloudflare’s processing and retention are governed by its service settings and privacy policy.
This website
This site does not set application cookies, run analytics scripts or store a browsing profile. The example viewer and copy button work in your browser. Hosting still processes the network requests needed to serve these pages. A content-report link may contain a public prompt ID; it never includes your edited draft.
External tools and feedback
When you open an AI tool, source page or GitHub, that service applies its own privacy policy. Your prompt is not automatically submitted. If you choose to file a GitHub issue, your account name and the information you submit are visible publicly and processed by GitHub. Don’t post private drafts or personal records.
Email support
If you email support@prompix.dev, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to the project’s support inbox. Cloudflare and the inbox provider process your sender address, message and any attachments to deliver it. The maintainer uses this information to respond and investigate your request; it is not published as a GitHub issue. Share only what is needed, and do not include passwords or payment details.
Retention and deletion
Sampled Workers Logs for the content service expire automatically within seven days under Cloudflare’s standard retention. This limit applies to those operational logs; Cloudflare separately handles network and security information under its own privacy policy. Saved prompts and drafts remain on your device until you remove them or delete the app. If a catalog update removes a source item, the app also removes its saved copy and associated drafts; device backups follow your iOS settings.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle your request and related follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at support@prompix.dev. We review the request and remove correspondence we no longer need, except information we must retain to meet a legal obligation or resolve an ongoing dispute. There is no automatic fixed-period deletion of support email.
Questions and choices
You can use downloaded content offline, clear browsing images in the app, remove saved items and drafts, or delete the app. For data questions or requests to correct or delete support correspondence, email support@prompix.dev. No Prompix or GitHub account is required. You may also open a public privacy inquiry with a general description only.
Prompix is maintained through the open-source project. Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page before they apply to a new version.
